Hyatt Regency Danang reveals culinary specials catering to summer vacationers
Set on the idyllic shores of Vietnam’s unspoiled central coast, Hyatt Regency Danang Resort & Spa is poised to reveals culinary specials catering to summer vacationers.
Green House Restaurant
The Italian-inspired restaurant Green House will feature sumptuous Italian buffet dinners twice a week, every Wednesday and Saturday, throughout August, and once a week, every Saturday, from September until end of the year. The buffets will be available from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM, priced at VND 790,000 net, which includes either a half-bottle of wine or two Peroni beers per person. The restaurant also features a kids’ corner to please little guests while their parents enjoy dinner.
The restaurant has also revamped its menu to add more delectable items, including chitarre amatriciana, pappardelle lamb ragout and carpaccio Toscano. Green House’s Italian Chef Marco Pistillo will provide a fresh approach to pizza with a collection that includes Hawaiian, margherita, minced chicken and pork sausage-corn pizzas. The new menu will debut in August and be available throughout the summer.
Beach House Restaurant
The resort’s fine-dining restaurant Beach House will offer a “Surf and Turf” menu every Thursday, featuring three tasty dishes at very special prices: duck and prawns for VND 800,000; Iberico pork and cobia fish for VND 900,000; and US tenderloin and lobster for VND 1,700,000. Two people can share each dish, and prices include two glasses of white wine or red wine per dish.
