Sapa in snow

In the evening of 24/01, Sapa (Lao Cai province, Vietnam) was covered in white after long hours of heavy snowfall.

Snow appeared on all roads to the mountain summits and slopes.

Snow fall attracted a huge number of tourists, but the residents’ lives are seriously affected.

This is the biggest snowfall that has ever happened in Sapa for the past several years.

Last winter, the only one place to see snowfall was at the peak of O Quy Ho mountain pass.
